What is wrong please help it really hurts? urgent?

I don't know why but three days ago this started and it scares me! My neck is solo stiff I was sleeping normally so I don't see why and it started when I was already up. My back hurts a lot! My head feels like its going to explode!!! I never had migraines before but I've had a migraine nonstop for 3 days now I have taken pseudofed worked only one. I have a runny nose and my eyes I can barely keep open because light hurts solo much! It hurts doing this but I need to see what's wrong. I couldn't sleep last night because my body kept waking up it felt like every time my body was trying to wake up I would sink back into sleep making it complicated to wake up each time. I have nausea from time to time and my room was warm last night but I go5 the chills where I was shivering I was so cold! My front of my torso hurts under my ribcage and I can't sit up long BC my spine really aches! Please help! I don't have a fever though

i went to the doctors and they said i needed a blood test, an xray i got those 2 done today. also, an ultra sound for my organs and physical therapy

You need to go to the emergency room immediately. From your symptoms it sounds like you have... Well don't necessarily want to say that it's the flew but I'm telling you it's some kind of cold and we aren't doctors but you sound really ill and depending on what you have it's better to stop it sooner than later.

I think it's happening cause of hyperacidity. You should see a Doctor

You must go to emergency asap if your tempreture high use some brofen it will help but you need to go doc asap
