I think you would get more answers when using international units :-) If I am not wrong, that is about 13 kg? That is a lot in 2 months. You can try with A LOT of low intensity cardio and reduce (NOT ELIMINATE) carbs and certainly ban bad carbs (sugar, sweets, soft drinks, alcohol, ...)

Depends how for you are (more fit you are more you can burn exercising) and how much fat you have - the lower your body fat gets the harder it is to lose.

Note it's going to be at least 70% how you eat.

if you dedicate the fuck out of yourself you can lose a lot. its gonna be true dedication and perseverance. all controlled diet and exercise, yes its possible.

you should see what some of the people accomplish on body shed program. fucking ridiculous the results they can get in 6 weeks. but its all pure dedication and 110% effort.

that's what I do, just make sure you buy the good stuff, like for me I buy chicken breast, broccoli, brown rice, sweet potatoes. all natural foods and all high in nutritional value but overall lower in calories but eating in controlled portion sizes will be more helpful than just buying foods that are lower in calories. brown rice can really stack up if you eat too much because its rice. eat clean eat natural, add a little sauce or herbs if it gets too boring like tobasco sauce, something that has simple ingredients and like no chemicals. or just use a little salt and pepper. you'll be getting a lot of fiber from the sweet potato and brown rice so it'll help keep you full.
