anyways you're referring to your triceps and forearms.
do tricep workouts, its a bunch of simple ones although im not sure the exact name of the workout so if you go to the gym just ask around.
as for forearms, FUCK! I hate that I don't know the names of the workouts I do lol. you know what lemme look em up real quick.
forearms you can do zottman curls, it will work part of your biceps too, and you can grab either dumbbells or a barbell and squeeze and twist retracting all the way, best way I can describe it buddy lol.
as for triceps: skull crushers, dips, diamond push ups, board press, close-grip barbell bench, tricep extensions with cables, etc. there are a lot.
there are more for forearms but you don't need to go super cray on the forearms. you can later if you want I suppose but just focus on the basics for now.
oh as for C, that's your wrist, not much you can do about that at all. a lot of guys complain about their skinny wrists, but there's really nothing they can do about it.
Hey man, thanks so much. Appreciate the descriptive suggestion. I will try them out!
Push ups mainly do chest, upper back and shoulder - they're not focused on your arms.
Your pictures don't work so I assume you mean your arms in general (not including shoulders).
So for biceps there are many exercises such as dumbbell or barbell curls, preacher curls, concentration curls, etc.
Triceps - Skullcrushers, Tricep pulldowns, tricep extensions, diamond push ups, etc
Forearms and wrists - T-Rex curls, farmers walk, wrist barbell curls, wrist cable curls, kneeling forearm stretch, finger curls, plate pinch, etc

First off if you continue doing pushups after a week you will see no further muscle growth in A cause its simply an endurance exercise.
B - To grow it you'll have to do wrist curls
using dumbbells

using a barbell

and any other exercise that requires you to hold on to a heavy weight for a long time.
C - wrists
Sorry man that genetic and nothing can be done about it. You can't grow your wrists, that's where you can blame your parents for giving you bad genetics.
Thanks man. Appeciate the elaborated answer. I will try those exercises.
If you've got a rock climbing gym near you, that will build your forearms and other areas too, I used to climb and people would comment on my forearms. lol. The other supplementary exercises I used to do were writs curls, hand heavy finger curls and the powerball was great so check them out!
Start doing workouts that incorporate triceps. For calestenics, try things like Pull-ups, dips and dimond pushups.
Feel free to message me if you have any questions. I would consider myself pretty in the know when it comes to training lol.
Thanks man. Will contact u.
The only way to increase the size of joints and bones and tendons is strong-man training, with bodybuilding shit will only strenghten then not increase the size of bones, tendons and joints
