it can. green teas can help stimulate metabolism and break down of toxins. however, green teas alone will not make you lose weight but the green in addition to exercise and healthy eating (particularly leafy green veggies)

it CAN aid with weight loss, but it won't do any work for you, you still have to exercise and diet.

Every healthy liquid is OK to purify the body, but you will only loose weight if your calorie useage is more than your intake. So without a good workout not much will happen.

yea it can speed of your metabolism and help with digestion and give you energy don't drink it at night lemons and vinegar help to speed it up to
