Anyone tried Military diet?

has anyone ever tried military diet? How did it go? Does it really work?

Personally I haven't tried it, and I don't know how practical it is. Simple way to lose weight, track your calories. There are plenty of apps for it, MyFitnessPal being the one I know people have used with success. To lose weight you need to take in less calories than you use, so simply reducing your caloric intake to less than your maintenance caloric intake you will lose weight.

I have never even heard of the military diet, unless you're talking about MREs lol.
