I'm on a diet and that's what I have left. :P
Eat fruit. Honestly, diets work just fine if you do unlimited fruits and veggies and limited meat, dairy, breads, etc. Limit those calories, but feel free to eat however many fruits and veggies you want.

Atken milk chocolate protein shakes are sooooooo good
Someone already said it... Atkins milkshake only 160 calories
A yogurt with banana in it is about that.
You can eat an apple and two cups of grapes.
A protein shake or some chocolate milk
