SURVEY: How many miles can you run in an hour?

Today I ran 5.66 which is pretty good for me, my goal is to eventually reach 7. Curious to see what other people's are.

I never ran for an hour before, but when I used to run for long periods of time, like 22 minutes the most, I covered about 2.2 miles but mind you that was all fucking up hill even from the start.

I'm not sure as I've never ran for an hour usually for about 10 minutes at a time and I usually tap out at two miles.

My average is 10 min/ 1 mile but could I go for an hour... probably not.

Oh a lot !! 1/2 a mile in 10 minutes... And then whatever distance the ambulance can travel in the remaining 50.

I can run 9 miles an hour, maybe more if i practice but don't need to. lol..
