Is 5.8 / 5.9 , considered short for a man?

K I'm currently 5.8 and growing , and I have only 1 more year left to grow.
My dream figure is 6.2 ft and 80 kg.(ripped figure comes as a default )
I'm 75 , and half toned
I know I can't attain my dream figure.
And I'm swimming like crazy shark these days.
In my country 5.8 is an average height.
Now
In your opinion is 5.8 considered short. ?

That's pretty short. I'm only one inch shorter, but on the other side, Dutch people are taller than other people.
You don't grow in height anymore if you're 30 right?

Yup.
But my real age is 20.
I just put 30 because it looks mature.
So I got1more year to grow.
Female's growth stop by the time they reach 18.

Women grow till 18

Depends on the person. By a woman, if you had your period, you'll grow maybe 4 cm max. I stopped growing at age 16.
For men, my cousin is 15 and already 2 meters long. He (hopefully) already stopped growing. There's only a very little group of guys who still grow at age 20. If you're still growing, you might only grow like 1 cm.

And growing 6 inches in one year is impossible.
Unless I attain a magic portion.

2 ) if a 5.8 ft guy weighs 80 kg. That's fat no far beyond fat. Obese.

Well 5'10" is the mean average for males in the US, so up to you how you want to view that.
