How could I fall asleep more easily?

I am on holidays lately and I am so stressed for my exams that I really can't sleep. Like I go to bed but don't feel tired though I had a long day and I think a lot about my revisions, about what I already know for sure and what I will have to do the next day etc... It really is affecting my sleep a lot, I always fall asleep around 4-5 a. m. I have been stressed with studies before but it has never affected my sleep.
