I realllly feel you i am an igcse student and my exams are on may/june. I really can't sleep, and i panic i run away from it every time and cry a lot cause everyone says the results will determine your future and this makes things harder. So now to solve this i talk with my mom before i sleep, talk to anyone that you trust or someone who would reduce your feeling of fear maybe a friend or a sister, and just don't think about it, i know easier said than done, but you can distract yourself by reading stories, and listening to music... etc and think of education in a fun way like i want to learn to know new things, and become educated, and so... and not that your doing it cause you must score high, and the last thing try not to stay alone because you will start thinking about it a lot.
I had the same problem. Stress (usually from midterms or finals) keep me from getting a good night's sleep. It's bad enough I have anxiety issues, so school just makes it ten times worse.
I smoke weed lol. I do it before bed, put on some sleep music to help me relax and I fall asleep without a problem. I don't smoke weed often, only when I'm too stressed and anxious to actually fall asleep, which is usually around midterms and finals.
Here's what I do.. AND IT WORKS. Go to Wal-Mart and get this from the vitamin section:

Go to the farmers market (sometimes Wal-Mart has this) and get this:

Take them both at night... this will make you super tired! Or go to the gym at night before bed.

Buy a can of Melatonin and take it before bed.

I know this might sound crazy, but instead of freaking out and studying, try to find the time to exercise or take a long walk.
It's been proved that exercise and fresh air can ceep you calm and relaxed (and tired) :)
Try to exercise regulary - it will help you concentrate and make sure your whole body gets all the oxygen it deserves
Dont use weed or something that a girl told you about.
Well just be positive about everything, if you study enough, you won't feel anything bad when you go to the bed, and you will get good, healthy sleep.
Eat your meals in appropriate time, do what your needs, and sleep well! :)
