There isn't a type of medicine or drug that focuses specifically on facial hair, although the well known hormone in the human body known as testosterone drives the production and growth of facial hair.

So if you're looking for something to get you some hair, you'd go for testosterone boosters/supplements.

I am not saying that you should take them and neither am I saying that doing so will do you good, I'm just informing you about what you can take to assist your facial hair growth.

Although, having less hair is also really great as you don't have to deal with continuous shaving and some women may like a little amount of facial hair (which I assume you already have enough of).

Yeah, it's called testosterone. If you have low-T, then you won't grow much facial hair. Get with your doctor and ask if you can get a testosterone boost or you can do it the hard way and grow a pair and go to the gym and lift weights.

For me facial hair grew the more I shaved it.

For the record, I always had the neck beard. So my chin and neck area, never my cheeks or above my lip. But that's changing because I always run my razor over those areas gently.
