And does so...
?
It's just being a vegetarian. If you look after yourself and make sure you replace the proteins you would normally get from meat then no, there are very little issues. I was vegetarian for a long time and I never had any severe issues, except when I started eating meat again and that made me very sick, my body just wasn't used to digesting it after more than ten years of veggies.
Isn't fruit also int eh vegetarian diet?
It can be, I wasn't a big fruit eater though. Are you planning on not eating fruit?
Check the update. xD
Iron is the key one to look out for deficiency wise. Very easy to not find a replacement so iron tablets and plenty of spinach is good!
Being a veggie is fine as long as you just take care to fill in any gaps that may be effecting your health. I've never been a very sickly malnourished person so I didn't really take any supplements, but it's a good idea just to cover basics such as iron and protein replacement as meat has these in abundance.
If you add beans and other protein replacements, should be OK. Second thing is to know if your body absorbs easily vegetable iron. Mine doesn't, so I need some animal iron from time to time. But try and you will see. Its healthy anyway, but eat fruit also with it.
He or she would have to check out which products would be missing in that diet... for example the carbon hydrates we extract from bread, potatoes or pasta. And the proteines from meat.
Some replacements are probably available but the person would need to adapt his or her diet to include them and stay healthy.
well you get your fibers and nutrients from vegetables, im assuming all vegetables, and nuts are a source of protein. you can totally survive with that diet. nothing too severe really.

our bodies are not very well suited for a vegetarian life style. we have a hard time digesting the cellulose in them. the only place this takes place in our bodies is in the colon. we, like predators, get the energy from plants that the herbivores have already digested, it is easier on the body that way
depends what kind of diet you had before. if it was one consisting of meat and dairy products and vegetables were a minimum then yes you can possibly get some health problems because your body isn't getting what it needs
You'd be far better off asking/discussing this with a professional dietitian. :)
Just for fun. Do not fret. ;)
Thank you.. I still wouldn't have a clue though.
Yeah you could get sick. My teacher who was a vegan had a stroke. Sigh. You have to take supplements to replace meat and such
Maybe but I don't think anything too bad would happen.
Yea that person could die in a plane crash.
Hahahahaha Ah... so that person would have a bigger chance of dying in a plane crash than the person who eats everything? How do you figure?
He or she doesn't have a higher chance but that's still something severe that could happen, isn't it
True, true.
Yes, they will die of malnutrition
I can fend of like all the vegetarians.
Forever more?
Maybe for 10 years...
What of ever after that?
Maybe I'll get sick of it after 2 weeks... Who knows...
Not for me... I love meat.
