Fit Black Women?

So, I think that this lady is super attractive. <3 Why aren't there more fit black women out there? "Athletic" build white girls are a dime a dozen (especially at my university), but I don't see many fit African American women. I wish I did, because toned + chocolate = "win" in my book. ;-) Tell me what y'all think.

There are any fit black women around hut health is something that's always been a struggle for people of color.
Typically we're subjected to lives of poverty and live in dense inner cities where they don't have access to grocery store and have to shop at convenience store for money.
Typically foods that we're thrown away by wealthy people are what we te so we found tasty cheap ways to make them taste good (like frying), that aren't healthy.
So really it's a matter of giving black people more in expensive healthy option and educating them about food

I'm in the rural Mid-South, and the ladies of color here don't take very good care of themselves (poor diet and little to no exercise). The situation in, say, Atlanta is mixed though; some of the black women there definitely take care of themselves, and it shows. I just wish that more *ahem* chocolate { ;-) } ladies around here would do the same. :-/

What is the situation like in the U. K. among different demographics? It's my understanding that the United Kingdom as a whole has the highest obesity rate in Europe . Any truth to it?

Over here, I would say there's a mixture of fit and overweight, but fit and toned is more common from what I've seen (including myself). Yes we do have the highest obesity rate in Europe unfortunately, but from what I've seen, it's mostly white people who are overweight.

White Brits being heavier doesn't surprise me, seeing as how Britain and the Southern US have basically the same type of unhealthy traditional diet and lifestyle. Do black U. K. folk follow the British example more or keep more of their African habits? I'm particularly curious about African immigrants.

Yeah they do tend to keep to their own traditions, but like the US, all people of all ethnicities tend to eat the same things in general, like whatever is sold in supermarkets and resturants etc :)

A lot of white people are working class, so they consume cheap, unhealthy foods, I think that's the reason.

Based on where I live: yes, I am serious. I've never been to the U. K., however, so I can't comment about the situation there. I've always thought black women with a British accent were super cute. <3

Yeah seems like too many females in general, regardless of skin color, are unfit and fat. This girl you posted is hot as fuck though; wish I saw more girls like her walking around.

Yes, there are, just not where I live. :-( The black ladies here follow the typical Southern lifestyle (poor diet and little exercise, especially post marriage). Now, some of the African and Afro-Brazilian women who've attended my university have been drop-dead gorgeous, largely because they took better care of themselves. What a world of difference. :-/

What? I never noticed that. Well where I live now I have seen fit women and, unfit women of every race.

Where do you live? Here, not many people take good care of themselves, and as much as I hate to say it, the black women are probably the worst. :-/

I've recently moved to the south and, I have noticed that people here in general don't really take care of themselves. There are more whites where I live so, that is probably why I see more of them being out of shape. Up north I've noticed an equal amount of out of shape people but, tbh I never really payed attention to this so, I could be off.

Yes, unfortunately folks in the South aren't nearly as health-minded as the rest of the country. :-/ I swear, sometimes I feel like I'm the only guy around who does care. A typical meal for me is:
- 2 grilled cheeses on whole wheat (mozzarella cheese + fried in extra virgin olive oil)
- can of butter beans
- apple
- baked sweet potato
- spinach with vinegar-based dressing
- glass of V8 Fusion juice

Then, I bust my back all day hauling horse manure, planting corn, weeding, or rototilling.

I don't know of anybody else who does that type of stuff. :-/

I breed crops in the summer and have to do the lion's share of the preparation and culturing, which is full-time work. There aren't many jobs available where I live, so I fiddle around with my plants at home during summers. One day I'd like to have a farm of my own (I'm having to use my aunt's land currently).
