Home remedies for pains?

I fell a few nights back and now I'm in pain. Both my legs are swollen and my arms I can hardly move them. ( it took Me one hour to type this post). I tried everything I know but nothing seems to help. Not even the prescriptions from the doctor. I need help. What home remedies can I make use of?

Ice on the swollen areas and ibuprofen for the pain. Also drink plenty of water to flush everything out.

Though this does sound very serious, maybe visit an orthopedics specialist

Try a Epsom salt bath, it will help hugely! Feel for yah! 😕
