This is the precise question that attracts snake oil salesman and people who were scammed by snake oil salesman. Hair growth is not something a fucking shampoo or coconut oil will accelerate. Yet, that's most of the answers you'll see. Scam products that never do the deed.

All you can do is take great care of it. Hair has a fixed growth rate (some people's grows faster than others), but you're not going to see the growth unless you're preventing breakage and making sure it's healthy.

Put some pine turpentine oil for hair into your shampoo. Just a few drops. Wash your hair, like your regular frequency. It does wonders.
