    First thing you need to do to bulk is eat and I mean eat a lot. Get the my fitness pal app and aim for at least 3500 calories a day. Protein powder is useless unless you're using it to get up to oyur target of 1 gram of protein per pound of mass? focus on eating more and getting in the calories if you dont do this you may as well burn your money on protein powders. Also make sure your doing heavy weights and compound movements. To look heavy need to lift heavy and tear the muscle fibres. dont be one of the guys who plays with the pullys and just curls and flys. Squat, bench deadlift and row your way to get ripped

      I'm anorexic, I find it hard to eat a lot I'm coming from 232 lbs i'm now under weight and can't eat a lot

      youve just got force it. eat smaller but often set a timer and eat every 2 hours. Eating anythings better than nothing just get the calories in

      if you want to get bigger you're going to have to get bigger everywhere. after 9-12 months start cutting. Basically cut down on fat and carbs and eat more protein to compensate. sheds the fat and leaves the defined muscle behind. But nothing wrong with fat. Main reason people dont lose weight or gain weight is because theyre afraid of fat

    -Check your ego at the door to the gym
    -Commit to change
    -Establish a well balanced diet
    -Establish a reasonable routine
    -Establish correct form
    -Push yourself in each workout
    -Increase the intensity of your workouts
    -Read and ask for advice (educate yourself)
    -Enjoy results!!!

    Heavy weights low reps. Make it heavy enough that you can barely lift the low end of 8-10 reps. Make sure you eat at least 5 times a day & eat lots of protein and only good carbs.
