I would like to.
My friend is competing in a Spartan race and trains daily at the gym to be ready for it.

Well I'd say to get ready for a Spartan you gotta be running outside a lot! Thats great though, you should do one!

Yes I run competitively. I've done Spartans, Tough Mudder, Battle Frog, and I do a lot of local 10Ks and half marathons (which is road running)

Yes I won the open wave last year at battle frog. I also came in 8th place yesterday at my towns local 5k and 5th place 2 weeks ago in a local 10k.

Lol! I was actually looking at one of the races the other day.
I saw that one of them start in mid July.
I don't know ill be in enough shape by then.
Although I am 5'6 , 120 lbs I want to be strong!!
I want to train for several months b4 I do.

Train running hills... Spartan races are all incline, Unless its the sprint which is more obstacle.
