Would this burn 1000 calories?

I wouldn't say you'd burn 1000... The amount you burn is subjective on a number of things.
#1 Your body weight. IF you weigh more than push ups and squats tend to burn more calories.
#2 Your exercise form. If you are not doing full range of motion and keeping intensity throughout the workout, You will not get a lot of bang for your buck.
Still its something that will keep you moving so why not try it. You can use this to get estimates on how many calories you are burning https://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc
not initially, but if you did it at a high intensity then it will kick your metabolism into overdrive, hence causing the 1000 calorie burn OVER TIME, not right then.
I doubt it. I'd say 300-500cals. But my estimate isn't accurate either. ☺️

It's probably close. It can't be perfect because people weigh different amounts and bodies do not have the same efficiency. You'd also burn more if you did that list faster. But yeah, it's probably pretty close
no way! maybe the after burn affect will burn close to 1000, but just doing this will probably burn only 300. lol I hope you don't stick to running in place and instead turn the 2:00 runinplace to a 100m sprint,1:00 running in place to a 50m sprint.
increase the push ups... ad some weight training. Make sure you increase your protein uptake with this. You willneed it. If not, you are going to catabolize muscle. Looks fine
depends on your weight and level of intensity but not really sure if its a thousand cals
No way in hell does that burn 1,000 calories. It may burn like 150-200 ish but that's about it.
Its unlikely.
I highly doubt it
