I know a lot of people are not going to agree with my taste in workout music. But, I prefer heavy metal and hardcore rap for working out. The faster and louder, the better. So, songs like Motorhead - Ace of Spades, Twisted Insane - I kill and Slayer - War Ensemble. Songs like that help get my energy going and help keep me pumped up for my lifting sessions.

Everyone is giving you trash. Anything from the Rocky soundtrack is the absolute best work out music! For example:

I really like Britney Spears "Work Bitch." I have learned to include the artist whilst mentioning this song because other wise it gets reported as offensive.
