No. Most store bought orange juice contains tons of unhealthy sugars. Also making things warn doesn't necessarily mean it burns more calories.
Just drink a glass of cold water 30 mins before a meal. Water helps with digestion and it keeps you hydrated which flushes out salt that makes you look fat and puffy.

cooking it kills some beneficial properties, nutrients enzymes, etc. I think fresh squeezed, no heating is best.

Green tea has fat burning qualities to it., and I read something similar recently about white tea, but I don't recall exactly.
And speaking of empty stomachs, your best fat burning time is right when you wake up before you eat, so that's the optimal time to do cardio.👍

well, overall just eat clean and avoid processed foods and sugars. if your OJ ain't natural then don't drink it.

Have you looked at the label for things like orange juice and fruit smoothies etc there are more sugars in them that coke
