I find I lose weight on my belly before losing weight on my arms. The back of my legs also loses fat quickly but not my arms. I’ve been drinking it to suppress appetite and burn belly fat.

I’ve never heard of that. I’ve been drinking hot water with fresh lemon juice in it every morning before consuming anything. It kick starts your metabolism (pretty much like having apple cider vinegar in the morning). Maybe it’s the same concept with coffee and lemon?

No. No specific food item is able to target something. It all comes down to create a calorie deficit over time and to a small effect, when and how often you eat.

You lose fat on extremities first. Losing weight is about nutritional consistency and a consistant sleep schedule.
So no, coffee lemon won't "target" belly fat. There is no cheating out of fat. Gotta work to lose it.
