Why do women have an easier time losing weight?

It seems women can lose weight no matter what. I see girls eating a whole pizza, sitting on their butt, watching TV all day while drinking beer all day, and they don't gain a pound. Meanwhile, men often eat healthy foods and have strict, vegan diets, as well as jog every day and men still don't lose weight or may even gain weight. This is why men are so self-concious about their weight. Why is this?
