Cardio I can do it for days. And usually thats the day after my weight training day. Cold shower is the best though.

Lately it's been bike riding and going for walks, either by myself or with my dog.

i make sure to chew extra hard and eat for longer periods of timeI love body weight movements over using weights. Like all you need is a playground.
