How to appear short when you're a tall girl?

Why would you want to be shorter? Is it because you believe short girls are more sought after by guys? I'll tell you, in my experience, tall girls are very sought after but often don't get the guy because they seem to all act aloof and standoffish with guys, almost like they think they above us. I'm a pretty tall guy, but the tallest girl I've ever dated was 5'4". It isn't because I don't like tall girls, it's because short girls are the ones who've liked me. Unless you're like 7' tall, your height isn't a problem at all. Just be proud of who you are and show some interest in guys. You'll be amazed at what happens :-)

There's really no way to appear short, like short girls can appear tall with heels. All I can say is wear flat shoes so you don't add height on... but why in the world would you want to change your height anyway? I'm 5'7 and I wear 3-5 inch heels all the time and I don't care how tall I am.

You can't change it, just embrace it. I'm tall, 5'10, and I love it. You'll get used to generally being the tallest one out the group, if you haven't already. It'll also get better as you get older and the guys finish their growing and all.

Own it. Don't slouch, it screws up your back. Speaking from experience it's a lot better to just enjoy being tall. Remember, you don't have to climb on counter tops to reach the cabinet. That's enough to love being tall :)

Dont do it! I know how you feel, but in most pics I take with friends I look like a hunch backed because I always try to slouch down and be shorter. I finally learned to just accept it and own it.

Haha. :) I don't know. I'm an Asian where a lot of my friends who are also Asians are a head shorter than me. So, I feel a little insecure about my height. A lot of my guy friends thinks I'm very tall too. I'm around 167cm. Also, a guy friend I liked may be shorter than me but not sure. He looks around my height. I feel like a giant. :(

Haha I'm around 167cm. It's considered pretty tall in asia. Among my Asian friends, I'm almost a head taller than them haha.
