    Mostly diet but if your dies already good and your looking for exercises then I think lifting weights. First you goat stop looking at weight because muscle takes up less mass than fat (google 1lb of muscle vs 1 lb of fat) instead focus on measurements.
    Your a lady and I notice ladies often worry that lifting weight will make them bulky. But women lack the necessary hormones to get big like a men. And female body builders spend hours and hours in a gym which most regular people won't do.
    I think lifting weights is most effective because it burns the most amount of calories. If you run for 30 mins then your only burn calories while your doing the exercise and for 15 minutes after (so about 45mins). When your lift your straining the muscle and it takes 48 hours to completely heal so for 48 hours your body is burning calories. Also muscle beans calories by just existing even when your not doing anything they're burning calories.

    Everything that produces low intensity cardio for at least 20 min so fat burning starts. Go for a nice run or walk in a forest or park. Do a bike ride in nature. Go dancing for a few hours (and no alcohol, only low or no sugar drinks). When cleaning, ironning or cooking, after every main action or every so many minutes, do 10 push-ups, 30 abs or 20 squats. Take stairs everywhere, even if it is the 5th floor. Take your bike to the supermarket. Go 5 times if needed.

    Actually exercises aren't really going to do anything for you unless you eat properly and healthily. You need a combination of proper nutrition and training to lose weight, that's why you see overweight people doing the treadmill or something for years and they stay the same size, bad eating. That being said cycling when combined with proper nutrition will do the trick, for no more then an hour and a half a week, another mistake most people make is doing ridiculous amounts of cardio which actually has a detrimental effect on your body and muscular system after awhile which saps your strength and makes you weak muscle wise.

    First of all i would like to correct your question "WEIGHT LOSS" is a wrong term, weight loss = muscle loss + fat loss and we would never want to lose our precious muscle mass , so always use the word FAT LOSS.
    Regarding your question about exercises , you have to incorporate Aerobic Cross training i. e Swimming , Walking , Cycling or any other aerobic activity with a combination or Resistance Training which will help you increase your muscle mass and will therefore increase you BMR (Basal metabolic rate) which will help you in your fat loss process.

    Weight is lost in the kitchen mostly.

    If you want to help speed the process along, do some strength training. You'll increase your metabolism by increasing your lean muscle mass. Don't get tricked into thinking doing lots of cardio is going to help; cardio is about heart and lung health, not fat burning.

    Honestly though, the BEST exercises? The one you'll enjoy, and stick to. Take up a sport, a martial art. Join a fitness class, group activities. It's more important that you find something you can stick to long term, rather than a quick fix.

    The only time I've EVER lost weight from exercising is when I rode a road bicycle (the racing type) 30 miles in 2 hours, three or four times a week. I gorged myself on food in my college dining hall and still lost 30 pounds.

    I got hit by a pickup truck, and haven't touched a bike since then, so dieting is the only way I can lose weight now.

    Hiking? I did a 8 mile hike (total) a lot of steep hills were involved, but for a week now my abs have been suuuuper sore. So maybe hiking could help! Its a change of scenery:)

    Running is always good, but even if you go do like dance workshops, you can lose a ton of weight from doing them ahah :)
