Is ice cream bad when you have a cold?

I feel like eating ice cream right now but I also have a cold so I'm not sure if I should or not? Also if you have a stuffy nose what's the best way to get better? And in general how do you get better fast from a cold? :)

Yes. Dairy thickens mucus and makes it more difficult to expel. Avoid dairy untik you're feeling better.
