I know, just don't eat extra food. Easier said than done. I have this weird hormonal imbalance where a week or two before my period I want to eat everything and as much of it as possible- I supersize everything and I am constantly hungry and I never get full. Because of this, I overeat. Then right when I get my period, I have no desire to eat, eat a meal a day, and consequently lose any weight gain. I'm by no means overweight either, at all, but I'd rather NOT feel the need to overeat. Any ideas on how to control this hormone imbalance? I want to fix this naturally so I don't have to feel as if I'm "starving" myself by not overeating.
