Can I get a decent opinion please?

So hey I'm turning 17 on the 31st of December and I'm currently only 162cm in height... I was hoping if there was any way for me to grow taller? by the way I'm a male and I'm from Asia. I appreciate the help

Hi there! I used to be very short too and I thought that I could not grow taller anymore as I was no longer a child. But I found out that by exercising or stretching you could grow a few inches more. Of course you won't gain 20 cm but you can still gain between 5 and 10 cm (2-4 inches) by doing this. I acttually gained 4 inches by doing this and I was really impressed wth the results I did not think it would work that well :)

You can keep growing until your early 20s, but most stop in their late teens.
