I have an eating problem?

So I'm a very athletic girl, I play soccer and am an active member at my crossfit gym. But when it comes to food I can't control. I binge eat like crazy, I can't help myself. I know I have a food
addiction and it can't be good what I'm putting in my body, and I can't see the physical results I want due to it. Is there any diet, or plans I could follow. Any advice/ tips?
