So I have cysts on my earlobes they keep coming and going? Please read details?

My dad had them along with skin tags, crooked teeth, cysts on his earlobes, etc. My question is since they keep coming and going would there be a treatment for it? Or is it best to leave it be. I read that you only need them removed if they cause discomfort or pain.

I'm not sure if it was the same thing but I've had them for a while when I was a teenager. They were sort of like pimples on your earlobe, with a fairly big, hardish thing inside the earlobe. At some point I went to the doctor and he removed it. Wasn't a big deal at all, and I don't think I've had one since then. In any case, not in over 20 years now.

They're basically big spots. I think everyone's had one or two in their life. I suggest, every night, you clean your ears thoroughly with a pore cleanser. That should prevent any more. If not, see a doctor.
