
What de-stresses you most of all?


As your picture suggests.. meditation. ^.^
But I also enjoy high places, such as mountains
the roof of a building, and the like, where I can watch
the world, and feel the wind blowing against me.
Every once in a while, if the weather is right
I also enjoy relaxing in the shade of a tree, while looking
up throught the brances at the sun peeks through the leaves. ^.^
I put my earphones in and go running. Nothing more relaxing than breathing in fresh air and moving in rhythm with the music.
company, to be honest, of someone i love. someone who gets me, can talk to me and calm me down. one of those people is my sister.
i also have to be outside. being inside when I'm stressed makes me feel this tightness in my throat and my breathing gets dodgy. i dont reach that stage often though thankfully.
I have quite a few as some down time don't work as well like others do (depends how extremely stressed i am). So..

-sleeping
