I completed furniture task assembly for a client on Thursday, with the app sending a push notification claiming the client got charged. It's now Saturday and app still says Submitted for payment status, when it should be saying Sending. Been over 36 hours so it's either a glitch or something is not working on the client's end for payment method. They're given 24 hours to add a tip and review the invoice, before TaskRabbit via Stripe charges them automatically. I've contacted Support but the AI chatbot dumb as shit so waiting for a human agent will take forever.
Why is my TaskRabbit payment still stuck on 'submitted for payment' after 36+ hours?
