What is ur biggest meal during the day? Mine is linch. A salad of a cucumber, pear, hard boiled egg, ham, turkey, and a cranberry nut mix.

Usually dinner. I don't eat much, though.
I rarely eat breakfast, usually have something small but high protein for lunch, and maybe stirfry for dinner. That's a normal day, but once a week or so I have a day or two where I have maybe one snack, and that's it. I just don't get hungry.

I eat small meals throughout the day. It's better for my digestion, so I don't eat big meals. I prep small boxes at the beginning of the week so I just need to heat them up. It's always the same thing... only once every other week do I eat something different.

B-fast... then a smaller lunch and a small dinner. I do better weight wise that way.

i have healthy snacks in between meals. and 1 piece of dark chocolate before i go to bed!

Yeap... 1 piece of dark chocolate. i am 6'7" and weigh 275lbs. Built like a brick house. It works for me

I also get up at 4AM and work out six days a week.

by the way, what do you do?

I do weights M, W, and F (Upper, lower and total body respectively), High intensity high impact cardio on tues and thurs and then run a 10k on saturdays.

All my meals are pretty big. Like for breakfast, I will have 100g of oats, handful of blueberries, 4 eggwhites with 2 whole eggs, and a Greek yogurt.

Dinner. I usually have a very small breakfast, a small-ish lunch and a reasonable sized dinner. Eating a big lunch just makes you sleepy during the afternoon.

Technically it should that way ur body burns the calories during the day while ur active. doesn't do well at night when ur sleeping.

I try to eat eggs and toast for breakfast. It takes so much eggs to get to half of my protein level though. Shoot I might ask a question about that. I'm curious, because I need some other alt because eggs can go fast.

I do a protein shake for bfast. U could add meat to ur bfast.

Well I have that but I drink one of those after I work out. That takes care of my other half. I need around 40 to 48 grams of protein. Four eggs is about 20 gs. My shake after a workout is about right at 20gs. Now I typically eat other stuff and poptarts are like 4 to 7 gs so that gives me right around 48. My problem is I don't want to eat so many eggs, but I don't want to use up my shakes, because they cost. Especially since the best time for them is after work out.

I was think are their yogurts out there that are cheap and have a lot of protein?

Oh that stuff Cam was advertising. Okay okay. Yeah and the price is good. 3 for a dollar. I'ma have to stock up on those. That would help a bunch, because I use eggs for other things and they can get pricey too.
