and I'm kinda feeling discouraged but obviously not gonna give up
Am I expecting changes too fast?
thankyou I really appreciate it :)
I have been on every and all manner of weight loss/exercise programs throughout my life and even on the worst of them, I've managed in 20 days to at least lose 2-3lbs minimum. It's really hard to understand what you are doing other then dieting, but without knowing the specifics of things like what are you eating, are you being honest about what you're really actually eating, how much exercise are you getting, how much sleep and water are you getting, are you drinking alcohol, smoking.. and the list goes on, I can't really offer any suggestion on how you should go forward. As they say if it ain't broke, don't fix it, but this is definitely broke and needs fixing. I will say this though, if you are calorie restricting too far and exercising to the max, your body may be trying to hold onto every calorie it gets b/c it thinks you're in starvation mode. Your body needs fuel. Whatever you do, don't give up. You're aware there is an issue, and now you just need to look for a solution.
20 days and no results, you need a different plan. If you're dieting for better health then check inches and how you feel. But if it's for weight loss then either your BMI is already low enough, you're not working out enough, or you're not eating less enough. Then again you might be doing everything right and not getting enough water or fiber. Or eating too little. There's way too many possibilities.
No man you should have seen results by now, when I was cutting, after 3 weeks I had already lost 8 pounds, message me if you have questions. You may need to switch up a few little things to start shedding weight
Thankyou bro :)

You need a different plan. Or you're not dieting correctly with your exercise.
They say that strangers notice a difference after 2 weeks, you after 4, and your family after 12 or something like that.
