Why is my back so stiff?

I workout and stretch almost everyday and normally that keeps my back from feeling sore or stiff, but lately it's been feeling like I haven't been working out at all. It feels kind of like I've been spending too much time with my bed even though I've actually been lacking quality time with it lately 😅 Any suggestions as to what it may be or what I can do to fix it?
