Why does my neck get so stiff if I don’t keep up with my yoga.. like I get vertigo episodes?

I hope you have a legit instructor if you are pursuing Yoga seriously, doing it wrong can cause so many problems! (I hope that's not the case with you)

You’re absolutely right about that but yeah.. I studied a little bit of sports massage therapy back in the day and learned a lot about the do’s and the don’ts when it comes to stretching so I’m fortunate for that

I’ve read as we age our inner ear liquid can get off level. And make us dizzy. I think my in laws have that too, and they say vertigo-like.
