There are tons of reasons why people have trouble sleeping. For me, the times that I've struggled are when I've really messed up my sleep schedule because I've stayed up really late working, gotten up early and then napped during the day. Something else, that I think affects me is worry. If I can't stop worrying about something, I won't be able to sleep because of the constant thought of those things. So, to help with that, I will make a list of things before bed that I worry about and I tell myself that I will worry about those things tomorrow. But neither of these may be your problems. What do you think?

I totally fucked up my sleeping cycle.. I go to sleep almost every day around 6-7 -.- that's just messed up.

Hehe.. You are horny and your hormones are kicking in puberty problem, hard to sleep until you jerk off, use dopamine generated by your system after jerking off as a temporary way to relax and go to sleep... Or get something more passionate distract yourself, listen good slow music

-For one, unnatural light such as cells phones lower your melatonin (sleep chemical in brain)
- unconsisten sleep cycles.. Try and sleep before 12, the body gets the best rest that way 8-9 hours later
If its really bad, try something natural.. start with low doses of melatonin supplementsGo to the store and buy a drug free medicine called Melatonin it helps regulate your sleep cycle, very good for sleep, it dissolves in your mouth and taste like candy & it's not expensive...
Its hard for me to sleep with no sound! But listening to music helps! :)
