I have been dealing with a lot of stress, anxiety and depression for the last 4 years and I have been seeing a therapist for a while and they keep pushing me to take medication. I don't know if I should after what I have heard about weight gain, excessive sleeping etc. I don't think it would help with the side affects since part of the reason I'm depressed is not liking how I look. Please help I am so tired of being depressed and lonely to the point where I'm kind of getting used to it.
