Panic attack? I have, I used to get them so bad when I was about 12 but I only get them now and again these days.

I get them. One of two things will happen, I don't know it's comming over me and it hits me slowly or I know it's coming, can't do anything about it then it hits me. I hate having them, because I can't breath and nothing calms me down.

It sucks doesn't it. And I agree it's hard to think positive when it's happening as you just think the worst.

Yes, but extremely rarely. They're really scary, I hate panic attacks. 😟

No never but my girlfriend has had 2 and they seem really scary :/ they must feel awful

Yes i use to get them quite often due to past trauma/PTSD but thankfully with a bit of counseling and healing i haven't had one in over 3 months!!
