a. a gym, i dont have enough money to be paying the gym every month
b. the right diet, I don't know the right diet. I was thinking of drinking protein shakes everyday but I don't know if that will work.
c. I dont know if it will work. I want this to work, i dont want to be wasting time at the gym when nothing is actually happening.
Also, I've seen people get buff within 90 days (for example Yousef from FouseyTube, shoutout to the DOF bruh bruhs), and i want that to happen, but i dont think it will and im cool with that too. So any advice on how to go from scrawny as hell to Calvin Klien model status?
