After 9pm is usually where it calms down in my gym. I usually go around that time is avoid the hassle of waiting for weights and machines.
Believe it or not... I'm in the gym by 3:30am 5 days a week!

I generally do my workout early in the morning... good start to the day, but I have all my gym stuff at home
I got at different time dependant on my class schedule so some days it's 7am others it's 12:30pm or 4 pm it differs a lot
Evenings after school and after spending the entire day loading up on carbs so I can blast my muscles
I don't like worms, so I usually do it in the afternoon.
What about the early worm? He got up early & got eaten by some bird.
