Can I be healthy eating 1200 calories?

I am consuming 1200 calories Monday-Friday. I have somewhat of an obsession with counting calories and tracking everything I eat. On Saturday and Sunday I won't count calories just to give myself a break from calorie counting. I am not trying to lose weight. I know a lot of people eat 1200 calories a day to lose weight, but I can maintain my weight (150 lbs) while taking in this much and extra on the weekends. I don't feel hungry, tired, or lack of energy from eating this much. I feel fine and healthy eating this amount. I can even do my strength and cardio exercises without feeling weak and exhausted. I know can't go below 1200 due to the fact of inadequate nutritional purposes.

Like I said, I honestly feel satisfied eating this amount since it isn't causing me to lose weight and feel hungry.
