My life has been through a lot already I'm tryna say to whoever is obese or Over weight It's time to make that change

My BMI is at the boarder of Underweight and Normal.

Mine is around 19.5 or close it, I haven't checked it for a few months.

Definitely overweight (by bodyfat % and BMI standards)

18.8 it's healthy but its close to being underweight

My BMI is 23, I am 5 foot 10 ish and weigh about 160 pounds. Wanna put on a bit of weight to bulk up though cos I play American Football.

My BMI is normal I think I'm 5'7 and 120 pounds
