No you can't break the sibling code and is your sister's private life no your place to tell anyone you have to respect that.
The fact that she trusts you and thinks that you're adult enough to take the news I think is so nice.
I know it's a lot to take on at a young age and you want to tell the parents but you can't without talking to your sister first.

I would say she should really tell y'all parents because I know they love her. You should talk to her to let her know how important it is for them to know because y'all love her. If she don't tell them then, you can tell your parents it's something she need to talk to them about and maybe they will call to see what's going on.
It's her news, and some difficult news as well. Let her tell them when she's ready and give her love and support, it's all you can really do in this situation.
If she hasn't told them yet, you need to tell them. They deserve to know.

Holy shit :o I am so sorry :(
You should wait a few days to a week before you tell your parents if she doesn't say anything. They HAVE to know though, and soon.If she doesn't tell them in about a week, then you should tell them. You should not tell them that she asked you to wait, and that you waited with this information though.
Respect her wishes but if she can't tell them in a week or so ask her again if she needs you to tell them.
You should respect your sisters wishes give her a chance to tell them herself. If she doesn't do so, then I think it's okay for you to tell them, since it's horrible to have that carry that knowledge around by yourself.
Let her decide... she trusted and she is preparing to tell to them.
Leave it to her...Force her to do it, it is for her own benefit.
she has to go to a doctor as soon as possible!!!
