So I logged my food in and made sure that I get as close to my goals as possible (I had 47% carbs, 26% fat and 27% protein).
So my question is.. isn't it too much effort to pay attention to macros? If you do, do you also use an app or do you just eat whatever is healthy and believe that you had the right amount of protein, fat and carbs?
