Are black men and women physically stronger than white men and women?

Question

Black men always look more muscular and in better shape than white men, well.. in general! Not always! Same for the women.. black women have bigger curves and seem to have stronger bodies. I think in an average wrestling/fight game or lifting things, that a black person will most likely win vs a white person. not to be racist, but I just wonder how many think so as well?

Yes; we all originated from Africa and we all had dark skin, but as populations migrated north towards Europe, gene mutations (some harmful) caused these changed in appearance and have built up over the years with 'inbreeding' (Europeans). So technically, black people are more pure in terms of genetics.
Black people also have a muscle composition that allows them to be better athletes because the way their bodies process energy. They also tend to be endurance athletes because they tend to build up very little ammonia (causes fatigue). Finally, black people tend to have fast-twitch fibres in their muscles which often makes them better sprinters

I don't know, I'm not a biologist, but it seems like it could be true if i look at the differences that i see with my own eyes, but maybe black guys just work out more in general? I don't know
Lol funny fact: my brother and I met an African guy on the beach and he had this perfect six pack, so when we got home we started talking about it and my brother was convinced that some African guys are born with six packs haaha

It really just depends on the genetics of the person. I put on muscle fast, but my family members do not. They are more slim than I and the women are more likely to wear size zero or double zero. ☺

research has shown that people of African descent develop fine motor skills earlier on in life.

so i suppose early in life it may be easier for those with African genes to develop muscle as they develop dexterity and the ability to walk faster. that said it certainly doesn't mean that people of non-African descent can't develop those muscles later on. I suppose it may take more work but my the age of adulthood (or earlier) white and black people are essentially at a level playing field in terms of development

In the daysof slavery, they were selected because they were going to do heavy labor, so I think yes, even today, on average, they tend to be a little larger and stronger.

Of course, there's been so much intermarriage, the difference is getting less and less.

So much ignorance in these posts. There is a massive body of research that answer all your questions definitively. The strongest men on Earth are NOT black, they are Eastern European, mostly Slavs (not slaves, but SLAVS) and they are white as white gets. The fastest group of people on the planet are western Africans, not south Africans, East Africans, or North Africans, specifically western Africans. What gives American blacks a huge advantage in sports is that they are a admixture of both western African genetics and European genetics. In fact, most American "blacks" are actually up to 60% white genetically and on average are 38% white. American blacks were also selectively bred for 350+ years and benefit from that breeding to form stronger humans with greater stamina. Over time, that advantage is being lost through genetic mixing. The smartest race on average on the planet are East Asians, but the smart human sub group by a long shot are the Jews. Interestingly, East Africans are genetically built weaker than the rest of Africa, but their average stamina is out of this world so you see a lot of world class long distance runners coming from that region. The beauty of the humanity is the diversity.. each race has its strengths and weaknesses and they should be embraced. Over time we will all be equalized through mixing, but until then we should acknowledge and embrace the general differences and celebrate the awesome exceptions (like if an full blooded East Asian ever makes it in the NFL which is extremely rare!!)

I think that African people in general have superior genetics when it comes to raw strength and survival-purposes compared to caucasians, Asians etc. That's just what I think, I have nothing scientific to back it up lol.

Maybe, but I wouldn't worry about it. The strongest people are those who work hard to get strong. The general shit doesn't mean anything. Hit the gym and you'll be strong too.

Yes, but they have more estrogen. Mexican men in America generally have higher testosterone levels and the same amount of estrogen as American white guys, an anomaly, really.
