Race isn't real. Race-ISM is real, unfortunately... but race is just something people made up to put some people into different boxes from themselves.
There's no actual gene for race. There is no one set of criteria one needs to meet to be considered one race or another. The definition for race is so lax, so meaningless that we could all just decide one day that gingers were a race and then boom, they'd be a race.
Hispanic people were once considered white. That was until it became no longer socially palatable for that society to do so, and then they became "Hispanic."

So any time you hear about how one race is different in one significant way from other races? It's bullshit. I'd put money on it. Any difference that isn't cultural, anything that is considered natural to that race, is usually super bullshit.

Now, going one step further, I think considering black people to be physically stronger than white people sounds like some bullshit racist stereotype leftover from when black people were treated like livestock. Black people are "Stronger than your average man" and thats why they were such good livestock! It's disgusting. (And also, yeah, you're gunna be pretty freakin strong if you're made to life heavy shit all day every day lol. I'm sure a lot of slaves were pretty strong.) But tbh, this point is mostly just me speculating. I don't know for sure what the origin of this idea is.

On average yes. There will always be exceptions and it does depend on training.

This would be if you compared apples for apples... so, doing some sort of training, whether it be casually at the gym, or for basketball, grid iron, rugby, gymnastics etc.

White men on average have less fast twitch muscle fires to help with explosive power, which contribute to building muscle. Black men on average have greater muscle density and seem to be more predisposed to responding to resistance training and speed and power training.

Anyone can of course train and overcome weak points in their genetics and if people are training to an elite level then this would throw averages out the window.

I would not say stronger but they might have better fitness due to their bone structure. I heard African woman have better bone structure than white men and I am not sure if it is due to centuries of sun light or natural selection favouring black woman who are able to carry heavy objects on their bodies, but the bone structure of a black person is slightly better than the bone structure of other races.

No strength have nothing to do with color. Yeah if we see gender then boys are physically stronger than girls but why would color affect the energy. It is just a coat of thick melanin which creates black color and white have less melanin so they don't look dark and as far as I know melanin just gives color and doesn't changes anything physically (except color) and mentally.

Not in Africa. The vast majority over there are pretty lanky, which is why they're nicknamed "skinnies" by foreign sailors and militaries.

It seems to be an entirely American stereotype that is heavily rooted in the NFL/football and basically nowhere else. Like with anyone, the herculean strong black men are that because they pushed themselves to get there; nobody is born a Titan.

False stereotype, there have been multiple cases where a white person has been mentally and physically a lot stronger than a black person and there have also been times when a black person was mentally and physically stronger than a white person

Completely false. Watch the strong men competitions, or Olympic weight lifting. You will notice it is almost all White men that are the strongest.

Of course false stereotype. But all races some advantages to others.
Forexample blacks are better fast and short running , whites are better long distance running.
Blacks are better on basketball whites are better swimming etc.
