This is of course, largely subjective, but I'd guess about twice per week, if you want to stay very healthy. My own theory is that too much refined sugar alters the gut flora, and along with other poor dietary habits, is responsible for much of the modern tide of malaise.
If you excercise I wouldn't worry about that amount of calories , what kind of chocolate is that though?
That depends on your diet, exercise regimen, and how much you want to eat them really. I would say a couple times a week is fine.
I eat chocolate like crazy. but maybe try to eat less.
