Don't Fear here, dear @Ashely_Princess, we all have fallen off the weight wagon at one time or another and you are no Exception to the Golden Goose Egg rule of Thumb.
It's Easy to Get Back on a Good routine once more, and be Fit as a Fiddle Before even St. Nick has time to climb down the Chin up Chimney.
Cut out all those sugary drinks and Junk food that you Know you don't Need. This is One Reason of your Season that you are piling on the pounds. The Next thing you know and it could be even as Soon as Christmas, you will be Following in the Sugar Cookie's Path of Big Betty Crocker. Many people don't even realize this until One Day... They look in the mirror and Ask "What happened?"
Put yourself on a Strict Regiment of eating healthy. Diet and Exercise go hand in hand with this and the Next thing you know you will be back to the Slim, Jim you were. Find a good diet tha tis right for you so you can Eat but not Starve yourself.
You say you are not this Happy camper with the 140 weight which is Not your ideal weight. So Begin as soon as you can to devise something that you can Follow, and even with a few pounds to Start that you Shed... This will Motivate you to keep going and flowing.

Just start by walking every day for 30 minutes. Know one can motivate you, but you. Be the strongest version of your self. Imagine how it will feel to have that weight off. Keep your exercise fun. I'm 32 I run 4 days a week lift weights 5 days a week. Just don't over due it start out slow. diet is key. Track your caloric intake don't go over your calories for the day. yes, you should try. Start off slow then as you improve do more each time. Sodas and junk food can still be eaten sparingly, but dont just make a habit of it, during the Christmas season it is harder to resist, but thats ok maybe after Christmas motivate yourself more. you should be fine :) 140 lbs isn't so bad, i've seen some who weigh a lot more at that age, i did
