Should I try to motivate myself again?

I use to motivate myself to exercise in the morning and night. I use to do push ups, crunches, all different of exercises and I could see my stomach getting a 4 pack ๐Ÿ˜‚ or at least slimming down. I use to get on the weight scale we have once a week to see how I did, the lowest I got was at 118 pounds ๐Ÿ˜„ I was so proud of myself. Now today, I started back eating a lot junk food and drinking sodas and guess how much I weigh now ๐Ÿ˜ท๐Ÿ˜’ I weigh 140 pounds ๐Ÿ˜ฅ I think that's kind of big for a 14 year old like me. Although, I don't look like I'm at 140 because I'm kind of tall, but I'm not happy with my weight. So, should I try to motivate myself again? ๐Ÿ˜„ By the way, if yes, would you like to see my results afterwards (pictures, I MAY OR MAY NOT SHOW YOU THOUGH) ? ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ฑ
