Me and my friend were comparing weights and started wondering what the normal/average is for girl our height

Below 115 lbs

115-120 lbs

120-125 lbs

125-130 lbs

130-135 lbs

135-140 lbs

140+ lbs

Looking at your BMI is a good start. A girl who's 5'4" is good from 110 to 145 and a 5'5" girl is fine from 115 to 145. These are just starting points. Personal wellness is the most important thing

Bone structure and muscle can makes "normal" vary a lot, I'd say somewhere between 110 and 140 lbs.
