How can I make myself sick overnight?

You dont have to get sick, just look like you are sick, I would suggest just staying up all night, not doing your hair and make-up and try to talk with a bit shriller voice then normal. Think about times when you were really sick and try to copy that if they want you to check your temperature just cook some hot water or something and check it in there when its the right temperature :') (I used to do this when I was younger nobody expected a thing)
